Booklet on New Danish banknotes 2009-2011. On 11 August 2009, a new 50-krone banknote is issued as the first in a new series of Danish banknotes. The new series make it even more difficult to counterfeit or copy genuine banknotes.

The Coins and Banknotes of Denmark (2005)
A new edition of the publication from 1999 showing the coins and banknotes of Denmark and how the coins and banknotes are manufactured. The danish banknotes has been upgraded with new security features - hologram and fluorescent colours. The coin series hans been supplemented with a tower series and a fairy-tale series. As a consequence of these changes, the time has come to update this publication. The publication is available in Danish and English free of charge.
New publication of New Danish banknote series 2009-2011 will be published in the spring of 2012.
