Organisation

The Board of Governors consists of three members. The Board of Governors holds full responsibility for monetary policy.

The Committee of Directors and the Board of Directors have administrative and organisational competence and must approve the Annual Accounts of Danmarks Nationalbank. The Chairman of the Board of Governors is Governor by Royal Appointment. The two other Governors are appointed by the Board of Directors.
